At Club Rathdowne, we’re all about connection, consistency, and community care, and this Term 4 brings more opportunities to live those values in action with fresh ways to move and connect at Club Rathdowne!
We’re introducing two brand-new weekly activities:
- Fitness Circuit with Jess
- Rathdowne Walking Group with Leah
Plus, an important change to the Pilates schedule, which now runs on Wednesdays at 6:30 PM.
Each of these programs reflects what we value most at Quantum CM Solutions: Connection. They’re designed to help you stay active, meet others in your community, and feel great — both physically and mentally — as we head into the final months of the year.
From new classes to refreshed routines, there’s something for everyone to get moving, meet others, and stay committed to feeling their best.
NEW Activity Alert - Fitness Circuit with Jess
Starts October 15 | Wednesdays 5:30 PM | Club Rathdowne
Get ready to move, sweat, and feel amazing! Join Jess for Fitness Circuit, a high-energy session designed to build strength, boost endurance, and keep you motivated week after week.
Each class blends cardio and strength exercises to challenge your body and mind in a fun, supportive environment. Whether you’re starting out or levelling up, you’ll find connection and encouragement.

NEW Activity Alert - Rathdowne Walking Group with Leah
Starts October 16 | Thursdays 4:00 PM | Meet at Club Rathdowne
Step into wellness and connection with Leah and your neighbours! Enjoy a 45-minute walk followed by gentle stretching — a simple, social way to stay active and engaged.
Bring your comfortable walking shoes and water bottle, invite the kids, and join a friendly group. Every step is a chance to connect, recharge, and share good conversation in the great outdoors.

NEW DAY & TIME - Pilates with Jess
Now on Wednesdays 6:30 PM | October 15 – December 17 | Club Rathdowne
Find your focus and flow with Jess as Pilates returns for Term 4! This all-levels class helps you strengthen your core, improve posture, and build body awareness through mindful movement.
With every session, you’ll be learning better control, alignment, and breathing while improving flexibility and strength. It’s about staying committed to your wellbeing and supporting one another in a welcoming, encouraging environment.
