A fresh term is here, and it’s your time to move, feel great, and reconnect with your community in the most fun way possible. Whether you want to dance, sweat, strengthen, stretch, or get the kids active and smiling, Club Rathdowne’s Term 1 & 2 classes are ready to lift your week.
These classes aren’t just workouts - they’re your midweek mood boosters, stress relievers, confidence builders, and social catch-ups all rolled into one. From high-energy nights to feel-good movement sessions, there’s something for every age, every level, and every goal.
All classes are open for booking now via the Club Rathdowne Community App.

ZUMBA WITH ANNIE
Monday nights just got a whole lot more exciting!
Zumba with Annie is back, bringing music, movement, and plenty of fun to Monday evenings.
Designed to be family-friendly and welcoming for all ages, this class focuses on easy steps, upbeat rhythms, and enjoying time together while staying active.
Whether you’re dancing with the kids or coming along as a family, it’s a joyful way to move, laugh, and start the week well.

KIDS HIP HOP
Let the kids turn up the energy and hit the dance floor!
Kids Hip Hop is back with fun routines, cool moves, and music they’ll love. It’s the perfect space for kids to build confidence, stay active, and make new friends while learning awesome dance skills.
From first-timers to mini superstars, give your child a class they will look forward to every week. With music, movement, and loads of fun, Kids Hip Hop is the perfect place to build confidence and burn energy.

There is nothing like punching out stress after a long day. Box Fit with Jess brings the energy with punchy combos, cardio bursts, and full-body conditioning that will leave you feeling strong and unstoppable.
It’s fast, fun, and seriously empowering. The perfect way to shake off stress and build fitness in a motivating group environment.

This is your go-to class for building total-body strength, improving stamina, and feeling accomplished after every session.
